Can’t shoot laser beams from my eyes
I felt sure that, like Peter Parker being bitten by a radioactive spider and gaining uncanny abilities, I would gain at least the ability to shoot laser beams from my eyes by submitting myself to laser eye surgery. Alas, not.
On the plus side, after my recent LASIK eye surgery at Optimax Hove I can now see perfectly without my glasses. After nearly 30 years of wearing glasses I am still trying to take them off at night and push them up my nose ’cause they’re probably slipping off. Is there such a thing as phantom glasses syndrome?
Now I’m going to have to get new pictures to use on my profiles for all those social media sites I’m on, not to mention on this blog. Otherwise, how will you recognise me?
See you around.
